About the Company

Bharat Intelligence brings together technology, research, and data-driven thinking to understand complex social and economic challenges. In this internship, you will contribute to work focused on improving workers' socioeconomic well-being across rural and urban settings.

Responsibilities

- Support field research involving workers and communities across different sectors.
- Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from field activities.
- Travel to rural and urban locations in and around Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane as required.
- Work closely with the founding team to explore how artificial intelligence and technology can strengthen worker welfare solutions.
- Document observations, research findings,



and insights clearly for internal discussions and future initiatives.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates interested in technology, research, social impact, and worker welfare are welcome to apply.
- Strong curiosity, communication skills, and willingness to engage directly with people in the field.
- Comfort with extended fieldwork, local travel, data collection, and basic analysis.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the founding team.
- This is a 2-month unpaid internship. Successful interns will receive a certificate, and high-performing candidates may be considered for an extended internship and a pre-placement chance.
