Users are teachers and students, and the product has to work on mid-range phones and uneven connections.
Understand user problems through interviews, data and support feedback
Coordinate with sales, support and operations on rollouts
Experience as a product manager, or as an analyst or engineer moving into product

- Comfort with data and basic SQL
- An MBA or a technical degree

Experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or SQL
Exposure to agile delivery
A Product Manager seat at a small ed-tech company, reporting to the head of product
Remote-first within India, with a long-term engagement rather than a short contract
Full ownership of a product area with direct access to users
Screening call, assignment, team panel, final fit conversation.
