Role Description This full-time remote Business Development Specialist role is responsible for identifying and nurturing growth opportunities for Unhooked.Health's programs and services. Day-to-day activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand customer segments and industry trends, and building solid relationships with potential partners, clients, and referral sources. The specialist will conduct outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels, present solutions that align with client needs, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and messaging. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, analyzing sales and outreach data to improve performance, and providing high-quality follow-up and customer service to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This position requires proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet growth targets while supporting the company's mission in behavioral health and addiction recovery.

We are seeking a driven fresher willing to kickstart as a Business Development Specialist

Working Mode : Remote / Work from home
Compensation Details : 25k fixed Non negotiable + Incentives (60k to 2 lacs)

Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools.
This is a Zoom call–based role, and candidates will be required to take 5–6 video calls per day, working 6 days a week from home.
All leads and Zoom call schedules will be provided by the company.
Candidates must be presentable and professional on video calls, as this is a premium client-facing role.
Strong English communication skills (spoken) are mandatory.

Incentives & Performance Structure:
Incentives are performance-based and can be earned after the 6th successful sale .
There is no upper limit on incentives , and candidates can continue earning incentives on every additional sale thereafter, based on performance.
Complete training and onboarding will be provided.
