We're looking for energetic, result-oriented sales professionals who are confident communicators and passionate about achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and convert inbound leads into sales.
Understand customer needs and explain our health services.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
Follow up consistently with prospective customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Coordinate with operations for smooth customer onboarding.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales.
- Robust communication and persuasion skills.
- A target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record.
- Excellent objection-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting.
Shift Timings
~8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
~10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
~12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week, with one weekly off between Monday and Thursday.
Work Location: Clayworks, Koramangala 3rd Block, Bengaluru.
