Duties & Responsibilities : - Understand business requirements in the area of Project structuring, Project planning (Time planning, cost planning, Budgeting), Project execution and monitoring, Result analysis/Variance analysis and do "To be process" mapping, Gap analysis, KDS finalization, custom development object identification /RICEF list.- Finalize requirement of each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specification to Technical team to carry out development.- Carry out functional configurations. Prepare test scripts. Do Unit testing and development testing.- Identify integration scenarios, prepare Integration test script and do integration testing.- Plan and provide training to Core team and users.- Manage Master data and cutover data migration /upload.- Provide post go live support for issues faced by users.Minimum Qualification : - Graduate - Engineering/Science.Essential Requirement :



- SAP Experience - 3 - 8 yrs.- E2E Implementation projects - At least 3 E2E implementation projects handled independently.Technical Competencies : - Experience of E2E onsite implementation project.- Ability to define org structure suiting business reporting and control requirements.- Ability to do process mapping, Gap analysis - RICEF identification, KDS finalization.- Ability to handle configurations, provide functional specifications for RICEF, testing and deliver designed processes.- Ability to plan and handle data migration.- Ability to provide training and provide post go live support.Behavioral Competencies : - Excellent analytical abilities, Valuable verbal & written communication.- Team Working, Meticulous, Self-motivated & self starter.- Meet the deadlines for the tasks given.- Stress handling & Leadership qualities.- Closure Orientation.- Time management skills, stress management and ability to meet deadlines.- Ability to handle Core Team and Process owners.
