Oak Tree Software is looking for a energetic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Indore. If you have a passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience Required
1–5 Years of Experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities and clients.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve individual business development and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
