Lead a globally distributed engineering organization supporting order execution, engineered-to-order solutions, product development, research, and product lifecycle management.
Provide strategic direction to align global engineering priorities with business objectives and customer needs, partnering closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams.
Develop, coach, and retain engineering talent by fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Optimize engineering resources and budgets, balancing near-term execution priorities with long-term capability building and innovation.
Establish performance visibility through meaningful metrics, dashboards, and capacity planning to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Drive standardization of engineering tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across regions and product lines.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, using data and insight to prioritize effectively and deliver results in a matrixed environment. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience leading engineering teams, including geographically dispersed or global teams.
Strong ability to work across cultures, time zones, and cross-functional environments.
Experience in the industrial valves or flow control industry.
Advanced degree such as a master's in engineering or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Experience in driving global engineering transformation, standardization, or digital initiatives.
Exposure to product lifecycle management, engineered-to-order environments, or global manufacturing operations.
