We at HCL are looking for Data Engineers with exp in Erwin and GCP.Location : Noida/Any.- Lead and oversee technical projects involving Google BigQuery, SQL, Python, Google Dataflow, and CA Erwin Data Modeler.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and architect robust technical solutions.- Develop, implement, and maintain data models (business/conceptual, logical, and physical) for operational, real-time, and analytical use cases.- Design and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring data integrity, quality, and security.- Utilize ERWin and IBM IDA tools for data modeling and database design, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Perform data profiling, analysis, and mapping across operational insights hubs,
identifying and remediating data quality issues.- Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting for data systems and pipelines.- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.- Develop technical roadmaps, establish operational plans, and implement current data management processes and standards.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data management and cloud analytics.
