Nexus Migration is seeking a customer-focused Telecalling Executive to strengthen its customer engagement and business development efforts. This role sits within the customer service and telesales function and will connect the company with current and prospective customers through clear, helpful, and professional communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly and courteously.
- Use approved communication scripts while adapting conversations to customer needs.
- Understand customer requirements, clarify information, investigate concerns, and offer suitable solutions or alternatives.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and identify appropriate upselling opportunities.
- Build positive, lasting customer relationships and maintain accurate conversation records in the CRM or call centre database.
- Attend relevant learning sessions, improve performance, and consistently meet individual and team quality and productivity targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, telesales, or a related customer-facing role.
- A history of meeting or exceeding performance quotas is preferred.
- Solid verbal communication, active listening, customer focus, and adaptability to different personalities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
- High school qualification or equivalent.
This is a full time, in-office position based in Mumbai, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000.
