We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong branding agency background to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile designer with expertise in both print and digital media, proficient in industry-standard design software, and capable of translating brand strategies into compelling visual solutions. This role requires someone who can work across diverse projects, from brand identity design to digital campaigns, while maintaining exceptional quality and creativity.

Create innovative and visually compelling design solutions
Design digital assets including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and digital advertisements
Perform basic to intermediate video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects for digital campaigns
UI/UX design (Preferred)
Design adaptation into different scales, sizes and platforms
Brand Consistency & Guidelines Adherence

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDraw for vector design, illustration, and logo creation




Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop for image editing, photo manipulation, and digital design
Above avg knowledge of CorelDRAW is mandatory
Basic to intermediate video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
Motion graphics and animation capabilities using Adobe After Effects
Ensure all design work aligns with established brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all touchpoints
Strong creative thinking with ability to develop original design concepts that solve communication challenges
Keen aesthetic sensibility with understanding of current design trends while maintaining timeless appeal
Translate creative briefs and brand strategies into effective visual communication that resonates with target audiences
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva

Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience
At least 3 years of experience working in a branding agency or creative agency setting
Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree preferred; Portfolio submission showcasing minimum 10 past design works demonstrating range and quality across different media and project types
Knowledge of Print, digital domains
English comprehension skills compulsory (to be able to take briefs directly from client)
