We are seeking a talented Product Designer to contribute to the development of Ema, our Universal AI Employee. In this role, you will design user experiences that simplify complex workflows and enhance productivity for enterprises globally.

We are founded by ex-Google, Coinbase, Okta executives and serial entrepreneurs. This will be a hybrid role where we expect employees to work from the office three days a week.

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to contribute to the development of Ema, our Universal AI Employee. In this role, you will design user experiences that simplify complex workflows and enhance productivity for enterprises globally.

User-Centered Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces by considering market analysis, data insights, customer feedback, and technical constraints.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including user research, engineering, and product management to bring design concepts to life.

Quickly and thoroughly develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new product initiatives.

Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and design system specifications, ensuring consistent application across all products

Communication: Effectively communicate complex design concepts across various audiences and organizational levels.

Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback from users and team members to continuously improve the design and functionality of our products.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive and user-centered designs.

Technical Skills:



Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or similar. Strong understanding of current web technologies and best practices.

Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to inform design decisions and demonstrate a critical awareness of the implications on user-centered design.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
