Lead employee engagement, culture-building and employee experience initiatives.

Manage employee relations, grievance resolution and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies.

Support organisational restructuring, change management and people-related interventions.

Leverage HR analytics and people metrics to provide insights and support business decisions.

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

- 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with solid exposure to HR Business Partnering.
- Experience in partnering with senior business leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of performance management, talent management, employee engagement and employee relations.
