Preferred experience: - We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase ledger management, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and finance administration. Purchase Ledger & Invoice Processing
- Ensure correct coding and allocation of invoices within the accounting system.
- Assist with supplier statement reconciliations and resolve invoice-related queries.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and allocated.
Manage the finance/accounts email inbox efficiently.
General Finance Support
Assist with month-end accounting activities.
Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the finance function.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar accounting role.
- Education - CA Inter
- Prior experience with IFRS and Indian Standards
- Experience using Xero accounting software.
- Experience working in a high-volume finance environment.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
