JOB PROFILE - Business Administration / Finance

Role Purpose: Manage product costing, commercial controls, compliance checks, management reporting, and profitability analysis to support accurate business decisions and effective cost governance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. TCE Management & Costing

- TCE updating and maintenance, including NXTOOL / NXTools
- Preparation and validation of DTO costing
- Costing for spare parts and related requirements
- Costing support for R&D; project activities
- Preparation and review of BOE cost sheets

2. NXTools & Benchmarking

- NXTools updates, maintenance, and data accuracy
- Coordination and execution of global benchmarking activities

3. Royalty & Commercial Controlling

- Royalty payment calculation, validation, and reporting
- OCC controlling and related commercial monitoring
- PO approval-related activities and necessary commercial checks

4. Compliance & Controls

- Execution and documentation of Export Control spot checks
- Ensuring adherence to applicable internal control requirements

5. Management & Headquarters Topics

- Coordination and support for Headquarters and management-related topics
- Preparation and submission of OPW reports

6. Business & Profitability Analysis

- COPA analysis to assess revenue, cost, margin, and profitability performance




- Top 10 order analysis, including key commercial observations and management insights

REQUIREMENTS

Required Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Master's Degree preferred - MBA in Finance / Business Administration / Cost Management
- Professional qualification like CMA / ICWA / CA Inter will be an added advantage

Experience Requirement:

- 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Product Costing, Commercial Controlling, and Profitability Analysis
- Experience in manufacturing industry / automotive sector preferred

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Product Costing, SAP - COPA Analysis, Profitability Analysis
- Hands-on experience in Commercial Controlling, Compliance Controls, Management Reporting
- Proficiency in NXTools, Benchmarking methodologies and MS Excel
- Positive analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must-Have Skills: Product Costing, Commercial Controlling, SAP COPA Analysis, NXTools, Profitability Analysis, Management Reporting, Compliance Controls
