This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive automation strategy, build scalable frameworks, and ensure high-quality mobile releases.Key Responsibilities : - Own, design, and scale mobile automation frameworks using Appium (iOS & Android).- Develop and maintain automated test suites for physical and cloud-based mobile devices.- Design and execute BLE testing strategies covering device pairing, connectivity, data transfer, and stability.- Define and implement BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
testing strategies.- Build scalable automation solutions to improve regression efficiency and release confidence.- Develop and maintain REST API automation frameworks.- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.- Leverage AWS cloud infrastructure and Docker for scalable test execution.- Work with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or similar mobile cloud testing platforms.- Collaborate with QA, Development, DevOps, and Hardware/Firmware teams.- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across automation initiatives.Mandatory Skills : - 9+ years of experience in QA Engineering and Test Automation.- Strong hands-on experience with Appium for both iOS and Android.- Practical experience in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) testing and debugging.- Experience designing BYOD testing strategies.- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript.- API automation experience using REST frameworks/Postman.- Experience with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or similar platforms.- Working knowledge of AWS and Docker.- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines.- Experience building and scaling automation frameworks.Good to Have : - Healthcare domain experience or exposure to regulated industries.- Experience with hardware and firmware integration testing.Important Details : - Work from Office is mandatory.- Night shift : 8 : 30 PM - 5 : 30 AM.- Candidates should be comfortable working from one of the mentioned locations.
