Role Description

We're looking for a mid–senior level Brand Manager with proven experience in handling real estate brands. This role requires someone who can independently drive strategy, manage clients, and execute high-impact campaigns — especially across project launches and lead-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end brand management for real estate clients




Plan and execute launch campaigns, sustenance campaigns, and site visit strategies
Drive lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
Translate business goals into marketing strategies and media plans
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, content) to deliver campaigns
Own client communication and presentations with minimal supervision
Track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and present actionable insights
Stay updated on Chennai real estate market trends and competition

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in agency or real estate marketing
- Hands-on experience managing real estate developers/projects
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead funnels
- Experience in handling launch budgets and high-pressure timelines
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
