Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Experience Required:
1.5–3 Years (Digital Marketing / IT Services Background Preferred)

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in digital marketing or IT services sales and a strong understanding of client acquisition and revenue generation.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
Background in digital marketing agency or IT services is mandatory




Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Website Development, Branding, etc.)
Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and networking
Identify and develop new business opportunities (National & International clients)
Generate leads via LinkedIn, social media platforms, campaigns, emails, and referrals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
Track sales performance and maintain CRM reports

Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday off (Alternative Saturdays) + All Sundays off
