We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant / HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations at our Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in HR administration who enjoy managing employee data, supporting HR processes, and contributing to a positive workplace setting.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in attendance and time-tracking administration, addressing employee queries and ensuring policy adherence.
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for routine HR queries.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, office events, and internal communications in collaboration with HR and leadership teams.




Support payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
Assist in HR policy communication, document preparation, and audit support activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or HR support roles.
Working knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, or attendance tools is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Canva).
