- Identify, onboard, and support new franchise partners to expand the Maitry's network across Indore and surrounding regions
- Initiate, manage, and grow strategic alliances and retail collaborations with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community centers
- Build and nurture relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders in the elder care ecosystem
- Conduct market research, identify recent opportunities, and help shape growth strategy for the Indore region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Training, Marketing) to ensure partner success and service quality




- Drive revenue and partner acquisition targets while representing the brand at events, trade shows, and community forums
- Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and provide regular business updates to leadership
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to promote franchise opportunities

2–4 years of experience in franchise development, retail trade, business development, or strategic alliances

- Willingness to travel frequently within Indore and surrounding districts
- Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Exposure to healthcare, medical, or senior care sector is a plus
- Strong data management skills and comfort with CRM tools
- Understanding of Indore's market dynamics and business landscape (preferred)
