10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure, with 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Manager role.

- Strong experience designing and managing AWS and Azure cloud environments and production infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Git, release management, and deployment strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Docker, container orchestration, scaling, and production operations.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, VPC/VNet, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, routing, security groups, and connectivity.
- Experience with infrastructure and automation using Terraform, Infrastructure-as-Code, scripting, and configuration management.
- Strong experience with S3, RDS, MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL, Redis, Kafka/MSK, and CloudWatch.
- Experience building observability platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
- Experience managing production incidents, RCA, capacity planning, performance optimization, and operational readiness.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, including mentoring, hiring, performance development, technical reviews, and team growth.
- Experience defining and implementing DevOps and cloud strategy across multiple engineering teams and environments.

Experience establishing engineering standards for CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code,



Kubernetes, security, monitoring, and operational excellence.
Strong experience with cloud migration, platform modernization, high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.
Experience implementing DevSecOps across the software delivery lifecycle, including security scanning, vulnerability management, compliance, and secure software supply chains.
Experience driving cloud cost optimization, resource governance, capacity planning, and FinOps practices.
Strong understanding of SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs, incident management, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement.
Experience leading technical architecture reviews, platform roadmaps, POCs, and large infrastructure initiatives.
Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into engineering, automation, operational, or developer-platform workflows.
Ability to evaluate new technologies and establish practical standards without unnecessary complexity.
