Position Summary TruHap Child Development Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Physiotherapist to support children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and other developmental challenges. The therapist will focus on improving gross motor skills, posture, balance, coordination, strength, mobility, and functional independence while working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to help children achieve their developmental goals.
Goal Setting & Treatment Planning
Develop individualized short-term and long-term goals for each child.
Design treatment plans based on the child's developmental needs.
Create home exercise and activity programs for parents to support progress outside therapy sessions.
Therapy Sessions
Conduct one-on-one pediatric physiotherapy sessions.
Work on balance, coordination, posture, strength, endurance, and motor planning.
Use play-based and child-friendly therapeutic approaches.
Support children in achieving greater participation in school, home, and community activities.
Provide guidance on positioning, mobility, physical activity, and functional participation.
Conduct monthly Parent-Therapist Meetings (PTMs)



to discuss progress and future goals.
Maintain daily therapy log sheets and treatment records.
Work closely with Speech Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Special Educators, Psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Contribute to integrated intervention planning for children.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
Experience or interest in Pediatric Physiotherapy.
Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delay, and Neurological Conditions preferred.
Freshers with pediatric internship experience may also apply.
Excellent communication and parent counselling skills.
Ability to engage children through play-based intervention.
