Marketing Manager (Remote – India)

GetMeTherapy is a growing mental health and performance-focused brand working at the intersection of psychology, content, and digital growth. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of marketing execution across paid ads, social media, and performance tracking.

This is a full-time role designed for someone who already has hands-on marketing exposure and wants to grow by taking real responsibility in a founder-led startup.

Role structure & compensation

Based on performance during probation, the role converts to a confirmed full-time position
Post-confirmation compensation: The probation period is focused on evaluating execution ability, ownership, learning speed, and consistency .

Performance Marketing & Analytics (Primary)

Executing and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
Maintaining dashboards and tracking performance using Excel / Google Sheets
Monitoring and improving performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, frequency, conversions)
Social Media & Content Execution (Secondary)

Managing social media calendars and posting (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Researching social media trends, formats, and growth opportunities




Supporting content creation and copywriting for ads, captions, and marketing assets
Helping connect content performance to funnel outcomes (reach clicks leads)

Planning & Coordination (Secondary)

Planning, scheduling, and tracking marketing activities
Working closely with the founder and creative team on execution

You will own day-to-day marketing execution , while collaborating on strategy and creative direction.

Comfort working with numbers, performance metrics, and Excel / Google Sheets
Prior hands-on experience with Meta / Facebook ads
Experience with social media management and posting
Basic content creation and copywriting ability
Ability to plan, organise, and execute independently in a remote role
Experience with startups, creators, mental health, ed-tech, or content-led brands is a plus.

It is NOT suitable for you if you looking for a primarily content/brand strategy role. This role is performance marketing driven and will require comfort with analytics.
