About the job
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and responsible Admission Counsellor to manage student enquiries and guide prospective students about our Spoken English and Personality Development courses.
Oxford Spoken English Classes, Amravati.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle walk-in, telephone, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
2. Explain course details, fees, batches and admission procedures.
3. Counsel students and parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
4. Conduct demo classes and English-speaking practice sessions.
5. Assist students with course selection and learning-related queries.
6. Follow up with prospective students and maintain enquiry records.
7. Coordinate with trainers and manage day-to-day admission activities. Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken)
Earn certifications in these skills
