The organisation is expanding its industry-oriented offerings, including a Cyber Security with AI certification and internship programme delivered with industry experts.

Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels to explain course curriculum, internship structure, industry exposure and certification benefits.
- Counsel students and parents, convert enquiries into admissions, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Generate leads through colleges, educational institutions, student communities, social media and referral networks.
- Coordinate college visits, seminars, workshops, webinars, demo sessions and promotional activities.
- Work with digital marketing teams on Google Ads, Meta Ads and social campaigns, while tracking enquiries and follow-up status.
- Maintain accurate lead,



admission and daily activity reports using Excel or CRM tools, and work towards monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements

- One to three years of experience in sales, educational sales, student counselling, admissions, edtech or a related field; freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, negotiation, counselling and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, digital marketing and social media is desirable.
- Applicants should be self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable travelling for college promotions when required. Knowledge of Cyber Security, AI or IT courses is an added advantage.

The role offers an annual fixed salary of ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000, along with performance-based incentives linked to admission and revenue targets.
