LOCATION: Chennai DEPARTRMENT: Specialist - Key User After Sales Aura Your Tasks Daily 1st level support for Interfaces between SAP CS and SAP SD module in alignment with global SD aftersales business Support and execution of the UAT for STC Aftersales with a focus on quotation planning, performing opservice and support of the interfaces between SAP CS and SAP SD module New ideas of Master data Preparation with LSMW (Definition, Testing, Validation) and ITO alignment calls for new LSMW Design, implement & improve existing or new KPI's with tools like Power BI or Microsoft Dynamics Basic understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
