Job Title: Business Head - Wealth (Assisted)

As the Business Head - Wealth, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the wealth management division of the company. Your role will include overseeing product development, client acquisition, regulatory compliance, and partnership strategies, ensuring the business unit's sustainable growth. Develop and implement strategies for the wealth management business, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and overall profitability.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to drive business growth.

Business Development & Partnerships:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including financial institutions, investment partners, and regulatory bodies.




Lead the development and enhancement of wealth management products and services (such as mutual funds, equities, bonds, insurance, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal) to ensure seamless and secure product delivery.

Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and setting performance goals for long-term success.
Regulatory Compliance:
Keep abreast of changes in regulations and adjust business operations accordingly.

Financial Performance & P&L; Management:
Take full ownership of the P&L; of the wealth management division, driving revenue growth and optimizing cost efficiency.
Regularly report on key metrics, providing insight to the executive leadership team on performance and strategy adjustments.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 15+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or a similar leadership role in a fintech or financial services environment.
- Deep understanding of the Indian wealth management market, including regulatory frameworks and product landscapes.
- Proven track record in growing business units and achieving financial targets.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management products (mutual funds, insurance, equity investments, etc.).

Strategic thinking with strong analytical and financial acumen.
Expertise in managing regulatory compliance and risk.
Ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving business goals.
