We are seeking a QA Lead with 5+ years of testing experience and strong expertise in application testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automation testing, QA strategy, defect management, and leading testing activities across enterprise projects.

Lead end-to-end QA activities for applications, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Drive test automation using Selenium and improve automation coverage.




Manage defects, risks, and quality metrics using JIRA/Confluence.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, product owners, and business teams to resolve quality issues.
Mentor QA team members and ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.
Support Agile/Scrum and CI/CD processes.

5+ years of QA/testing experience , with robust testing expertise.

- Strong manual testing experience
- Experience with Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Java or C# .
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence , and defect management.
- Knowledge of API/integration testing and CI/CD is preferred.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or other regulated domains is an advantage.
