Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant / HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations at our Hyderabad office . This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in HR administration who enjoy managing employee data, supporting HR processes, and contributing to a positive and well-organized workplace setting.

Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist with attendance and time-tracking administration , address employee queries, and ensure adherence to HR policies.

Provide day-to-day HR administrative support , serving as the first point of contact for routine HR-related queries.

Coordinate employee engagement activities, office events,



and internal communications in collaboration with HR and leadership teams.

Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Assist in HR policy communication , documentation, audits, and compliance-related activities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or HR support roles.
- Working knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, or attendance management tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Canva) .
