The Senior HR Manager will lead and manage the HR function across multiple business units including real estate, malls, hospitality, manufacturing, facilities, retail and education. The role focuses on HR strategy, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance and leadership support , ensuring a solid people-centric culture aligned with business goals.

1 HR Strategy & Business Partnership

Act as a strategic HR partner to business heads and leadership teams

Support organisation growth, manpower planning & budgeting

Implement people policies, governance and HR best practices

Drive HR digital transformation & process excellence

2 Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Build strong talent pipelines & succession plans

Support diversity hiring initiatives

3 Performance Management & Capability Development

Drive learning & development initiatives

Support career development & leadership capability building

4 Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Improve retention & employee experience

5 HR Operations,



Payroll & Compliance

Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination & audits

Ensure statutory & labour law compliance across all units

Maintain accurate HRMS data & dashboards

Should have handled payroll for a minimum of 3,000 employees

Hands-on implementation experience with HRMS tools like GreytHR is an added advantage

6 Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Partner with leadership, finance & legal teams

Manage recruitment partners, consultants & training vendors

7 Reports, Analytics & Governance

Publish HR dashboards & MIS reports

Support audits & policy implementation

13–20 years of HR leadership experience , preferably in multi-business environments (real estate, retail, hospitality, facility management, manufacturing, etc.)

- Strong exposure to HR strategy, compliance, HR operations, PMS & employee relations
- Experience in handling large workforce environments
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills
- MBA / MSW / PG in Human Resources preferred
