This is a full time, on-site Recruiter role based in Faridabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements,
maintaining accurate records, and providing insights to improve the recruitment process. The Recruiter will assist in developing strategies to attract top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Ability to develop recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines
Networking and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
