Job Summary
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Robust phone-handling skills and active listening ability
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer-oriented approach with adaptability to different personality types
Strong English communication skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Support Executive role

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
Resolve product or service-related concerns by clarifying issues, identifying the cause, and determining the best solution.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
Handle customer complaints, provide suitable solutions and alternatives,



and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation.
Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
Stay updated on product knowledge and organizational policies to deliver accurate and timely support.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
