Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales is mandatory

We are looking for a results-driven Telecalling / Sales / Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience in closing leads, converting prospects, and driving revenue .
This role is not for freshers or casual callers. We are looking for someone who wants to grow long-term , take ownership, and perform consistently.

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Follow up with prospective customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Understand customer needs and pitch products/services confidently
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
Handle B2C and/or B2B conversations professionally
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline




Share daily/weekly performance updates

Minimum 1 year proven experience in:
Sales
Strong communication skills (English + Hindi mandatory)
Comfortable with phone-based sales
Experience handling CRM / Google Sheets / Excel is a plus
Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely
Stable internet connection and personal laptop/phone required

Someone who has actually closed sales , not just made calls
Can work independently without constant supervision
