We are seeking a Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with good expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) and Customer-to-Cash (C2C) processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, with a solid understanding of global finance operations, solution design, and integration strategies.

R2R Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Fusion Finance R2R solutions.
Should be able to configure and test modules such as General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Receivables, and SLA.
Drive data migration and integration strategies.

Analyze and optimize Order Management, Receivables, Collections, and Revenue Recognition processes.
Configure Oracle Fusion modules to support end-to-end C2C workflows.
Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.

8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
Strong functional knowledge of R2R and C2C modules.
Experience with global rollouts, multi-entity setups, and localizations.
Hands-on experience in data migration, integration, and customization.
Oracle Fusion Functional Certification preferred.

Experience in Finance implementation cycles.
Exposure to AI-driven automation and analytics in ERP systems
