Proven experience as a sales executive in the freight forwarding, customs clearance, shipping, or logistics industry.
In-depth knowledge of international logistics, including but not limited to freight forwarding processes, jargon, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
Demonstrated ability to convert new customers and meet sales targets.
Should have experience in handling face-to-face sales meetings, i.e., meeting with clients and building relationships and understanding their needs.
Customer- centric approach with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
