Job Requirement:
LL.B. degree with up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and practical execution of deals
Legal professional with 8–14 years of experience in corporate and transactional law
Independently handled M&A;, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures , and strategic investments across industries
Solid advisory background in corporate laws, regulatory compliance , and sector-specific regulations
Expertise in Companies Act, 2013 , FEMA , SEBI & AIF regulations , RBI guidelines , and Competition Act
Skilled in leading negotiations, managing transactions end-to-end, and providing strategic, business-oriented legal advice
Known for delivering high-quality work under tight timelines with strong commercial acumen
