We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full life cycle recruiting for IT roles, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and VMS systems.
This role requires excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills to deliver top talent in a quick-paced environment.

4+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on contract hiring.





- Proven expertise in full life cycle recruiting for IT roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter , major job boards (Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.), Familiarity with ATS and VMS platforms .
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter , job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top IT talent.
Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems) to maintain accurate candidate records and compliance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
