Your Role: HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will oversee core HR activities, from operations to recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and policy management. You will be a trusted partner to leadership and employees, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals while promoting a positive and compliant work workplace.




Maintain HR records and update employee data in HRMS or relevant systems.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting and feedback cycles.
Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
Coordinate training programs and track learning & development initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles
- Proficient in MS Office; Exposure to IT/technology or consulting industry HR practices.

Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or ATS platforms.
Understanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategies.
Gain exposure to niche domains like GDPR, PDPB, and global privacy frameworks while developing HR expertise.
