We are looking for a regional language-speaking influencer marketing executive to help scale creator partnerships and influencer campaigns for Flo Mattress.
Influencer Discovery & Onboarding: Identify, research, and shortlist influencers aligned with the brand's target audience, values, and positioning.
End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage complete influencer campaign lifecycles including outreach, negotiations, brief coordination, and execution.
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer marketing agencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal content and design teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and brand alignment.
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Database & Pipeline Operations: Maintain structured influencer databases, campaign trackers, and collaboration records in Excel.
Content Repurposing:
Identify high-performing creator-generated content to repurpose across performance ads, website assets, and broader marketing campaigns. have minimum 1 years of experience
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or creator partnerships.
