We're a recruitment firm in Thane (Kalpataru Prime, Wagle Estate) hiring for UK/European tech clients. You have 3–5 years in IT/technical recruitment (agency or high-volume)
You can work evening shifts

Run end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and IT roles. Source passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms. 3–5 years recruiting for software/DevOps/cybersecurity roles (UK/US markets preferred)

- Strong Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
- Clear English communication (you'll interact with UK clients daily)
- ATS experience

Recruitment certifications, technical background, UK/US compliance knowledge

Uncapped monthly incentives on top of base
Global client exposure in a collaborative office setup
