Reach out to potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history within the CRM platform.
Work closely with the marketing, operations,



and brand teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Share customer insights and feedback to help improve products, campaigns, and the overall shopping experience.

Has outstanding spoken and written English communication skills.
Has robust sales instincts and knows how to build trust with customers.
Is confident handling customer objections and converting conversations into sales.
Has excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Is comfortable using Google Sheets, CRMs, and communication tools (or is eager to learn).

Bonus Points If You
Have prior experience in sales, customer success, business development, retail, or customer support.
Are passionate about fashion, D2C brands, or e-commerce.
Have experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, Salesforce, or similar tools.
