Your Mission As a Project Manager, you will lead high-impact, data-driven initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. You will own end-to-end project execution while driving clarity, accountability, and timely outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage strategic data engineering and migration projects from initiation through successful delivery
Drive weekly project governance with explicit status tracking, dependency management, and proactive risk mitigation
Facilitate project discussions and reviews with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
Adapt quickly to evolving business priorities while maintaining delivery commitments
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting using standard PM tools
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven project management experience in data engineering, data platforms, or migration projects
- Mandatory experience in the Retail industry
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
- Working knowledge of Power BI is a plus
