The Customer Order Management Rewrite (OM Rewrite) program focuses on replacing the existing Sterling OMS with a modernized solution, specifically targeting the fulfillment module. The objective is to create a scalable, efficient, and robust order fulfillment system using cloud-native technologies. The rewrite emphasizes leveraging AWS services and microservices architecture to improve reliability, performance, and adaptability.

The fulfillment module is a critical component that ensures smooth execution of order workflows, and the team will explore the most suitable workflow engine for orchestration, evaluating tools such as Netflix Conductor, AWS Step Functions, and OFOA.

6-9 years of Java 8-11, Springboot, AWS, Microservices, REST API, workflow tools.

Robust Experience with AWS: At least 2 years of AWS experience. Deep understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions, and IAM.

Hands-on experience with workflow tools such as Netflix Conductor, AWS Step Functions, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.

Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in back-end programming on Java

Database Management: Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, including schema design and optimization.
