We are looking for a Human Resources Manager with strong recruitment ownership who can close positions quickly and build strong hiring pipelines.

3+ years of full-time work experience in HR recruitment / talent acquisition

- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing methods
- Basic understanding of HR operations and employee relations
- Hiring experience in education sector / schools / multi-location setups
- HR certification or advanced HR training
- Experience working in fast-growing teams with frequent hiring needs

Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday–Saturday (6 days). Salary: 4–8 LPA (based on experience and fit)
Location: SHEMROCK Group of Schools, Behind Jai Apartments, Rajapur, Block F, Sector 9, Rohini, Recent Delhi – 110085 (Near Rohini West Metro Station)

Minimum Experience Required: 3 years (full time)

This is a hands-on role where 80% of the work is recruitment + talent acquisition , and the rest is core HR support.

Own end-to-end recruitment for school and corporate roles
Work with leaders and hiring managers to understand job needs clearly
LinkedIn hiring and social hiring
Job portals and databases




Employee referrals and internal networks
Proactive sourcing and pipeline building
Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate checks
Improve candidate experience with clear and respectful communication
Support employer branding through consistent hiring presence and messaging
What She Will Do (20% Core HR Support)
Coordinate HR documentation and employee records
Support attendance, HRMS updates, and basic payroll coordination
Help implement company policies and HR processes
Support employee relations and conflict handling when needed
Assist engagement initiatives and basic training coordination
Recruitment-heavy role with real ownership and visibility
Robust brand and stable legacy with fast growth
High learning in recruitment strategy, closures, and process building
