Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Build and manage a diverse talent pipeline of both passive and active candidates.

Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, and timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Prepare and extend offer letters in collaboration with HR and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with compensation policies and market data.

Collaboration & Candidate Experience
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders (HR, Operations, Delivery Managers, Sales Directors).
Provide timely hiring updates and maintain accurate records in ATS (e.g., Collaborate with HR for smooth onboarding coordination and pre-hire documentation.

Data, Compliance & Reporting




Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, etc.).
Ensure all hiring practices comply with applicable labor laws and internal policies.

Master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in both sales and technical hiring.
- Experience recruiting for IT roles, BDMs, Inside Sales, Pre-sales, and Delivery/Support positions is a plus.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche job boards).
- Familiarity with ATS (preferably CEIPAL) and HR tools.
- Previous experience recruiting for a staffing or IT services firm.

S. hiring practices, visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.), Exposure to DEI initiatives in recruiting and talent strategy.
