We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region . This role is critical in aligning people strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture across multiple countries. The HRBP will partner with business and functional leaders to build workforce capabilities, enhance leadership effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regional labor laws while supporting a unified global HR framework.

Partner with APAC leadership teams to translate business objectives into HR strategies and actionable plans.
Drive organization design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support growth and scalability.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on performance management, leadership development, and employee relations.
Support global talent programs and localize them for regional effectiveness, ensuring alignment with both global and local business needs.
Lead engagement initiatives, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).




Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams on salary structures, incentive programs, and annual compensation reviews.
Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
Support global mobility, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives for APAC employees.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 10–15 years of HR experience , including at least 5 years in a regional HRBP or HR leadership role across APAC countries.
- Proven experience working in renewable energy or technology sectors .
- Strong understanding of regional employment laws and HR practices across multiple APAC and middle east markets (e.g., Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools (Workday, SAP, or equivalent).
- Strategic yet hands-on HR skilled with global mindset.

Culturally agile and empathetic communicator.
Skilled in balancing global consistency with local flexibility.
