Brand Strategy & Research
Define brand architecture, positioning, value propositions, and messaging for each brand.
Establish distinct brand identities and ensure clear differentiation across the portfolio.
use customer interviews and win/loss analysis to support decisions.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines covering messaging, tone, personality, and visual identity.
Creative Direction & Visual Branding
Develop and evaluate logo concepts, symbolism, brand themes, and visual identity systems.
Create or guide moodboards, creative concepts, and art direction.
Ensure consistency in visual hierarchy, layouts, design language, and brand communication.
Evaluate creative work, challenge weak concepts, and guide designers with clear, constructive feedback.
Justify visual decisions based on brand personality, target audience, and market positioning.
Digital Brand & Website Strategy
Define website messaging hierarchy, page objectives, and user journeys.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams on information architecture and website experience.
Work with SEO/CRO teams on landing-page messaging, conversion paths, and A/B testing hypotheses.
Audit brand presence across websites, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain consistent brand positioning and communication across digital touchpoints, including search and AI platforms.
Brand Performance & Analytics
Define and monitor brand KPIs across the portfolio.
Track branded search, direct traffic, conversion rates, competitor share of voice, review performance, and brand consistency.




Analyse digital performance and lead quality signals to identify improvement opportunities.
Work closely with Marketing, Design, UI/UX, SEO, Product, and Sales teams.
Guide designers and creative teams in translating brand strategy into visual communication.
Review brand assets, campaigns, and website designs to ensure strategic and creative consistency.
Present and defend brand and creative recommendations to leadership.

Branded search volume and direct traffic.
Conversion rates on key brand pages.
Review ratings and volume on B2B platforms.
Brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
Lead quality signals and Sales feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years in brand strategy, brand management, or a related role.
- At least 2 years of experience with B2B, technology, SaaS, or IT services brands.
- Robust understanding of brand positioning, architecture, messaging, and competitor differentiation.
- Ability to develop creative concepts, moodboards, and visual directions.
- Strong creative judgment and experience guiding designers.
- Experience managing multiple brands or sub-brands.
- Understanding of B2B buyer behaviour, customer research, ICP development, and competitor analysis.
- Working knowledge of UX, website information architecture, SEO, and CRO fundamentals.
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.
Figma (for design review).
Survey and customer research tools.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience with branding or digital agencies, preferably B2B technology clients.
Exposure to international markets and specialised B2B sectors.
Familiarity with brand visibility across AI search platforms.
Portfolio demonstrating brand positioning, visual identity, creative direction, and measurable outcomes.
