Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions independently.
Build structured HR systems aligned with business growth.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage complete recruitment cycle across departments.
Ensure timely hiring as per manpower planning.
Payroll & Compensation Management




Oversee accurate payroll processing and salary disbursement.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain attendance, records, and HR MIS.
Policy Development & Implementation
Draft and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure consistent policy adherence across the organization.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and conduct induction programs.
Support performance management and skill development initiatives.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Compliance & Legal
Strong experience in Payroll Processing & Compliance
Expertise in Talent Acquisition
Knowledge of HR systems and statutory laws
Leadership and team management ability
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software
Qualification & Experience

- MBA / PGDM in HR
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Prior experience handling payroll independently is mandatory
