About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute video shoots based on concepts and scripts provided by the team.
2. Film therapists, educators, children, and other presenters in educational and demonstration settings.
3. Operate the camera, manage lighting, framing, and sound recording, and handle shoot setup.
4. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos with clear storytelling and smooth transitions.
5. Add suitable graphics, captions, music, sound effects, intros, and outros.
6. Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and other post-production tasks.
7. Create promotional videos, product walkthroughs, Instagram reels, YouTube videos, and other digital content.
8. Adapt videos for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
9. Maintain consistent production quality and organize video files and project assets.
10. Collaborate with the team to improve visual presentation and video quality.

Other requirements

1. Strong practical skills in both videography and video editing.
2. Experience handling DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, or equivalent professional video editing software.
4. Good understanding of framing, composition, lighting, color correction, and audio quality.
5. Ability to create clean, engaging videos with professional finishing.
6. Working knowledge of motion graphics, text animation, and visual effects.
7. Ability to independently manage the production process from shooting to final delivery.
8. Creativity, attention to detail, and good time-management skills.
9. Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback.
10.



2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
11. A strong portfolio demonstrating both video shooting and editing capabilities.
12. Experience creating educational videos, tutorials, interviews, demonstrations, or marketing content preferred.
13. Familiarity with social media and digital video formats.
14. Experience in education, healthcare, or child-focused content is an advantage but not mandatory.
