As a Senior Software Engineer, You'll be responsible for designing, building, delivering and maintaining software applications & services. You will be responsible for software lifecycle including activities such as requirement analysis, documentation/procedures and implementation.

Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven capabilities into products, workflows, and engineering processes to enhance customer value, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, security, compliance, and adherence to engineering and regulatory standards before adoption in production systems.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 'STEM' Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 6 years' experience in software development.

Hands-on experience in software development related to Core Java with knowledge of data structures, multithreading, concurrency, design patterns, SOA

Expertise in Linux programming concepts and HL7 knowledge

Knowledge on JVM performance tuning and memory management.

Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns

Experience in building sophisticated and highly automated infrastructures. Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development framework

Experience with micro-services development, Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), experience with Jenkins, GIT

Working experience on HL7 implementation

Good knowledge or experience in containerization platforms like Docker & Kubernetes

Web Services, hibernate, Spring framework.

Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
