Joining a dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to define, prioritize, and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience in our payment systems.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog,



ensuring readiness of features for development and aligning with business goals.

Analyze data from various systems to uncover insights, trends, and improvement opportunities; proactively propose and implement solutions to enhance system performance and data accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive initiatives aimed at optimizing payment operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and lead internal training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new payment functionalities.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure the impact of implemented changes.

4+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on payments or fintech.

Prior experience with system integrations and understanding of API and system integration principles.

Ability to design digital processes and define functional requirements.

English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
